Lack of staff in restaurants leading to prolonged service times!!! A frequent shuttle to Manacor and coastal areas would enhance the experience!!! Poor sound insulation in rooms can disrupt sleep!!! Consider providing communication on daily activities!!!

The breakfast buffet had an outstanding selection, and I absolutely loved the oatmeal, it was creamy and perfectly topped! The gym was like a playground for fitness enthusiasts, offering top-notch equipment and a vibe that pushed you to perform your best.
A cheeky critique on the morning-only make-up room service – if you need extra towels late in the day, you’re out of luck. coffee cups in the room were a bit too small for a proper tea experience, though everything still sparkled beautifully.

this hotel could have been wonderful, but unfortunately, our stay was marred by rude staff who acted like we were interrupting their day. the noise in the rooms was unbearable, definitely not conducive for relaxation. also, a complimentary upgrade would have been a nice gesture after all the inconveniences. just couldn’t let it slide with a good review.

had a great time, the pool and gym were amazin! the food options were really nice too, lotsa restaurants to pick from. room was clean and comfy, staff were cool and helpful. def check out the rafa museum, tickets included in our stay.
the tennis schedule was a bit tight, you gotta book classes early. parking signs could use some help!

Amazing sports facilities and friendly service
The fitness facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic gym that impressed me, and the pool was a great way to relax after a day of tennis training. The staff were accommodating. I had a wonderful interaction with the night receptionist who helped me even late at night. The breakfasts had a good selection, but I think they should work on serving the hot items on warm plates for a better experience.

the parking signage could be improved, but the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious! ! incredible hot food and a reliable variety. the spa facilities were perfect after a long day and the gym was phenomenal!
